Everyone who visits has their own unique story!
The One Love Project is a registered charity offering practical and emotional support to the growing number of vulnerable adults and families in the Southend area. It’s open to anyone who needs a helping hand in a difficult time in their life. You don’t need a referral from another organisation.
Whether you’re homeless, have an addiction or mental health issue, or low income, The One Love Project offers a warm welcome. We can offer free/low-cost food, advice and support and a safe space for those who have a genuine need.
Volunteer
Join our passionate team of volunteers and contribute your time and skills to make a difference. Whether you want to be part of our outreach efforts, organise events, or assist with administrative tasks, your support is invaluable.

Help us break down the barriers that contribute to homelessness by advocating for social and systemic change. Together, we can influence policies that promote equality, social justice, and support for the vulnerable in our society.
